Shipping Policy — Collector's Crew

We ship trading cards and sealed product across Albania. This page explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs. Prices in your cart and at checkout are shown in ALL (lek).

Where we ship

We currently deliver to addresses in Albania. We are not yet shipping to other countries — wider shipping is planned for a later phase.

Local pickup may be available from our store. If you'd like to collect your order in person, choose the pickup option at checkout where offered.

Delivery times

Orders are processed on business days ([PLACEHOLDER: business days, e.g. Monday–Friday]). Orders placed before [PLACEHOLDER: daily cut-off time, e.g. 14:00] are usually prepared the same day; orders placed after that are prepared the next business day.

Estimated delivery once an order ships:

Albania: [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. 1–3 business days]

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during holidays, promotions, or new-set releases.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping (Albania): 300 L
Local pickup: free, where available
Free shipping: on orders over [PLACEHOLDER: free-shipping threshold], if offered

The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you place it. The price you see is the price you pay. Payment is cash on delivery.

How your order is packed

Every order is packed with care to protect your cards and sealed product in transit. Singles are sleeved and shipped in rigid, moisture-resistant packaging; sealed product is boxed to prevent crushing. Photos on single-card listings are representative of the item and condition described.

Cash on Delivery

If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready. We'll contact you to confirm your order and arrange delivery.

Tracking and delivery issues

We'll contact you using the email and phone number on your order to keep you updated. If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, contact us at [PLACEHOLDER: support email] and we'll help sort it out.
