Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, this page explains how returns and refunds work.

Your right to return

You may request a return within [PLACEHOLDER: return window, e.g. 14] days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them and, where applicable, in their original packaging.

Sealed product

Sealed product must be returned unopened and with any factory seals intact. Once a sealed item has been opened, it can no longer be returned unless it arrived faulty or not as described.

Single cards

Because the value of a single card depends on its exact condition, single cards must be returned in the same condition and grade in which they were sent, in their protective packaging. The photo on each single-card listing is representative of the item you receive.

Items that can't be returned

The following generally cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or incorrect:

• Sealed product with a broken factory seal
• Single cards returned in a worse condition than shipped
• [PLACEHOLDER: any other non-returnable categories]

Return shipping costs are [PLACEHOLDER: who pays return shipping — customer vs store, and any exceptions for faulty items]. Original shipping charges are [PLACEHOLDER: refundable / non-refundable].
